A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. Howard County Court Docket does not maintain a separate log of those search terms.

Howard County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case files. It provides general information about official routes to the Howard County Clerk Magistrate, Nebraska trial courts, and statewide case-information services. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
