Not a Court Office. Howard County Court Docket is a private reference resource. A clerk or court must handle official docket, case-date, seal, copy, filing, and legal-advice questions.

Route a Court Request
A specific case number makes each official route more useful. Nebraska’s public resources and the Howard clerk serve different tasks.
- Case information: start with the official JUSTICE case-information service.
- Hearing setting: use the Nebraska court calendar, then confirm a conflict with the clerk.
- Filed document or certified copy: give the clerk a case number, document name, and document date, or use CC 3:29.
- Transcript or audio: follow the County Court transcript process.
- County-government record: contact the administrative Howard County Clerk, which is separate from the judicial docket office.
The administrative County Clerk at 308-754-4343 handles county administration, not court dockets. Keeping those offices separate avoids sending a judicial record request to the wrong custodian.
